Attorney Profile

DawnMarie is an aggressive criminal defense, personal injury, and family law attorney. In addition to her criminal defense, personal injury, and family law practice, she is a registered civil and domestic (family) mediator and accepts some civil litigation cases. DawnMarie is admitted to the Indiana Supreme Court and both the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana.

DawnMarie graduated from Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. She was very active and sought out hands-on experience. She participated in the Moot Court Competition, Client Counseling Competition, the Criminal Defense Clinic, and various internships including an internship with the ACLU’s Capital Punishment Project and Legal Aid Society of Evansville. DawnMarie received the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence, and she was the only graduating student in her class to win the John Paul Berlon Award.

DawnMarie attends continuing education seminars on the topics of family law and criminal law throughout each year. She generally exceeds the number of required continuing learning education hours each year.

DawnMarie volunteers with a number of community organizations. She reads for the IRIS Program through WFYI which provides services for the visually impaired and attends lunch meetings at schools to encourage girls to achieve their dreams through Girls, Inc.

DawnMarie enjoys travelling throughout Indiana. She practices throughout Central Indiana including but not limited to Indianapolis and all surrounding areas of Marion County; Lebanon, Zionsville, Whitestown, and all surrounding areas of Boone County; Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers, and all surrounding areas of Hamilton County; Greenfield and all surrounding areas of Hancock County; Shelbyville and all surrounding areas of Shelby County; Franklin, Greenwood, and all surrounding areas of Johnson County; Martinsville, Mooresville, and all surrounding areas of Morgan County; and Danville, Avon, Brownsburg, and all surrounding areas of Hendricks County.
